Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using LiveIndex("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LiveIndex provides software delivery intelligence by connecting your GitHub and Jira accounts to give engineering teams and clients unified visibility into delivery status. We read repository and project metadata; we never write to or modify your connected accounts.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of your organisation.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a subscription period except where required by law.
6. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Intellectual Property
LiveIndex and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own data.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
